    Send your recording

    Once you receive your shortlist, your account manager will be on hand if you’d like to discuss the options in more detail. When you’ve made your choice, they’ll reconfirm availability and send you a booking request form to sign – either digitally or by hand.

    The form will include all of the information you need, including aircraft details and an agreed schedule.

    We’ll then take payment so we can secure the aircraft, and the process of arranging slots and ground handling will begin.

    Our service doesn’t end there though. Your account manager will be available to answer questions and make last-minute changes, right up until the flight.
