These could be anywhere from a city-centre office to a far-flung holiday home. Private aircraft can operate from a much wider range of airports and landing spots than scheduled flights, so we’ll find the most convenient route.
DATES AND TIMES
If your schedule’s fixed, we’ll work around that, but a little flexibility can open up a wider range of aircraft options.
NUMBER OF PASSENGERS
This doesn’t have to be set in stone at this stage, but we’ll need an idea of how many people are travelling and how much space they’d like on board.
LUGGAGE REQUIREMENTS
Let us know whether there’ll be any large or unusual luggage, or if passengers will be travelling light.
COMFORT
From three-course meals and fine Champagne to Wi-Fi and extra leg room, we’ll discuss your onboard options and any special requests.
PETS
Are any four-legged friends travelling, too? If so, we’ll find an aircraft to accommodate them as well.
Schedule of requirements

Once you receive your shortlist, your account manager will be on hand if you’d like to discuss the options in more detail. When you’ve made your choice, they’ll reconfirm availability and send you a booking request form to sign – either digitally or by hand.
The form will include all of the information you need, including aircraft details and an agreed schedule.
We’ll then take payment so we can secure the aircraft, and the process of arranging slots and ground handling will begin.
Our service doesn’t end there though. Your account manager will be available to answer questions and make last-minute changes, right up until the flight.
